The staff here are always honest and the location is fantastic, just a short walk away from the beach, shops, and a supermarket.

This place is in a fantastic location near shops, the beach, and restaurants, with very friendly staff and a nice bedroom.

As longer-term business travelers, we loved the spacious rooms, beautiful views, and fantastic amenities like the heated indoor pool, sauna.

i was offered a room with pleasant views of the rear mountain. the staff i met were very welcoming. the free parking was onsite, helpful service. also, location was marvellous, at a moderate distance from burleigh head national park.

The layout was good, and the pools were well-maintained.

Even though the room we stayed in was looking old, I find the layout of the rooms at Pacific Regis Apartments very good. They are large and spacious with good cupboards. The kitchen is also well set out. The general bathroom is very spacious and it offers a bath facility as well. The bathroom in the ensuite is also a good design - especially with the shower door opening either way.

We found that the fan in the main bedroom (43) was very noisy and as such we were unable to use it at night. There were lights that also needed replacing and this was done promptly.

Staff were great very helpful, units were spacious and clean.

Nothing would have liked to stay longer.

Usual managers were away so I expect in normal circumstances there would have been more assistance from the front desk for local facilities/transport etc

I was traveling with my brother and we were very happy with the staff and the attention we were given. Very friendly and helpful. They assisted us in an apartment that suited us better. We were very happy with the apt we signed up for except the view. We asked if there were other apts available that would have a view. They assisted us with this and worked with us to make it work. We booked on internet and even though the description was accurate, we wanted to change once we arrive. We had several questions about the area, restaurants, buses, and questions of local points of interests. They were able to answer all questions and directed very well. The apartments are managed by a family and I think this made a difference as well.

We were sad that the hot tub area was under construction, but the pool was available and in good condition.

I had a lovely sunny six-night stay with a wonderful location right across from a park and the bay.

The location, the spacious rooms and the sea-view with lovely balconys. The service from the staff which exceeded our expectations. We got help with everything, even got lift to the train taking us to the airport - wonderful generousity! We would definatiely stay at this hotel again if we ever return to Austrlia and the Gold Coast. We felt well looked after from the start.

Had expected more air condition than fans, but we soon got used to the warmth and humidit´ty and the sea breeze was lovely. The kitchentable was not that clean so lifted up the glass cover to clean it ourselves.Overall we felt the clening could be better.
